 Product Description

This poster by Gerber Brothers, a Seattle ski shop, is based on an iconic photograph of Dick Durrance taken by Dave Bradley near the Ball Hut on the south island of New Zealand in the summer of 1937. Durrance's dynamic stance suggests the speed and control that made him the dominant American racer in the 1930's.

These fine prints are created exclusively for us by Stinehour Editions of Lunenburg, Vermont, from originals in the Ski Museum collection. They are printed on acid-free cotton rag paper with permanent pigmented inks, producing the widest possible color gamut and saturation in matching the original. There is a white border around each image. There is a white border around each image.
